Lake Norman Waterfront Dining (North Carolina)

Lake Norman is located in North Carolina and was created in 1963 by Duke Energy. It is 34 miles long with 520 miles of shoreline and offers numerous attractions to explore. The Lake Norman area offers a mild, four-season climate making it perfect for year-round adventures.  It is surrounded by the towns of Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville.  These small towns offer a wide array of leisure amenities including golfing, NASCAR, shopping fishing, and water sports.  Lake Norman also features a variety of water front dining options that are accessible road or water.  Whether or not you are passing through the Lake Norman area, or a full time resident, it is recommended you try each of the restaurants for yourself.

Head up (north) Davidson Creek past marker D11. After going under the bridge, Vinnies will be on your left.

Head up (north) the main channel past marker 16 and 17. You will see Queen’s Landing directly in front of you, before going under the 150 bridge.

Head up (north) the main channel past marker 16 and 17. Cross under the 150 bridge. You will see the Blue Parrot grill to your right.

Head up (north) the main channel towards Mountain Creek. Go past market M4 and under Slanting Bridge Rd. The Landing will be in the first cove to your right.

Head down Knox Greek (located between marker D6 and the water intake). The Rusty Rudder is located at the end of the cove next to the Holiday Marina.
